We have not reserved the venue as of now, please let us know at the earliest as the availability is subject to change.
• If the number of guests exceed 15% over the minimum guarantee, the Hotel will charge 20% extra on the
guaranteed rate on the increased number of people over and above the minimum guarantee.
• Minimum guarantee will not be decreased after signing the contract at the time of confirmation.
• If taken experiential live menu, kindly share the guest list three days in advance.
• All soft and alcoholic beverages will be charged separately, as per the banquet beverage list.
• Liquor brands are subject to an availability.
• Taxes and service charge on alcohol will be 36.80% (DVAT 25% + Service Charge 10% + GST on Service Charge 1.8%)
• Taxes and service charge on food /soft beverages /hall hire/ equipment’s will be 29.80% (GST 18% + Service Charge 10%
+ GST on Service Charge 1.8%)
• Liquor license will be additionally charged at INR 6000 + taxes (29.80%) each bar applicable for four hours only.
• Liquor service will be till 23:45hrs only. Buffet will be placed till 00:00hrs
• The venue may be confirmed for alternate events before or after the time mentioned in the contract. In case you require
to block the venue beyond the timings, extra charges will be applicable (if available)
• The florist and DJ services are exclusively available through the hotel's approved panel. Outside vendors are not
permitted.
• DJ/ live music is permitted until 10:30 pm inside the Viceroy hall only.
• Live band music is allowed in the Garden until 10:00 PM only.
• In the event of any music being played, the necessary licenses (PPL / NOVEX / IPRS) are mandatory and must be obtained
by the host
• Dhol-Ghodi-Band-Baaja-Barat is not allowed inside/ outside the hotel
• 50% advance at time of confirmation. Another 50% advance minimum 30 days prior to the function. Balance if any will be
settled immediately after the function on the same day by card or cash (with PAN Card).
• All the advances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Dismantling & assembling of the backdrop/ audio visuals will not be borne by the hotel.
