Other Details

 Booking will be considered confirmed on payment of 50% of the estimated billing & remaining 50%
should deposited 15 days prior to the event. Any further balance if any, strictly at the end of the
function by cash/ credit card. Advance once paid will not be refunded/ adjusted under any
circumstances.
 The rates are given considering the overall business changes of the items will be applicable in same
menu pattern additions will be charged extras as per menu rates.
 Charges will be counted on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons
whichever is higher.
 In case the number of persons does increase the management will offer food & service for the only
10% above the numbers guaranteed by the customer. There on the management will serve in house
menu.
 Any Changes in the menu in same pattern will be acceptable at least 15 Days before.
 Standard banquets Crockery, Cutlery & steel ware will be used.
 Kindly submit the copy of PAN/ TAN card for the billing.
 Outside food & beverages of any kind will not be permitted into the hotel for consumption during the
function.
 Crackers are not allowed within 150 meters radius of Vedik resort.
 Playing of Loud music or band should be under Government limits/ decibels. Indoor music will be
permitted only till 2300 Hrs & outdoor till 22.00 Hrs only as per government law.
 Stage, Flower, light, birthday decoration, Octornorm stalls, Audio- Visual aids, Sound system, DJ, if
any can be arranged at extra charges form hotel vendors only. The management will strictly not allow
any outside vendor.
 Drums/ Dhols are not allowed inside the Lobby premises.
 After 12.00 Hrs an additional 10,000/- + Service Tax per hour will be charged as night burning charge
for banquet venues.
 All necessary permits, licenses (PPL or IPRS) or ‘No Objection Certificate’ required to host event
(Musical functions/ fashion shows/ organized dance events and professional events.) will be arranged
by customer and provided to the management at least 03days prior to the event.
 The customer will ensure strict adherence to the hotel guidelines and will strictly responsible for any
damage of breakage caused by any contractor/ worker engaged by him.
 All materials/ goods brought in for the function/event will be strictly at customers own risk, the
management will not be liable for any damage caused to the customers goods. Management strictly
prohibits the use of nails, scotch tape, tying ropes or pins for any decoration purpose. The cost for any
damage caused due to non adherence to this will be recovered from the customer. As a rule only
standees & framed banners will be permitted to be put up within the premises.
 Vehicle parking will be at the vehicle owners risk and the management will not be liable for any loss
or damage to the vehicle.
 Management will not be liable for any loss/ damage/ accident/ incident happened to you, your guest,
your vendor or any service hired by you.
 All legal matters subject to Bharuch Jurisdiction.
